Wacken 2008... I came from behind the curtain to see before me 75,000 people with their hands in the air. And screaming. It was fucking surreal. I was overwhelmed by the whole experience. Honestly, I don't remember much of anything in particular except seeing 5 to 10,000 people going into the pit and killing each other almost made me forget to sing; it was crazy.
"Three years ago I was just a guitar tech, not even trying to be in a band. I was happy surfing and just living. Now my life is just crazy, making records and touring the world and getting to play shows like Wacken. I truly am grateful for that has befallen on me, good and bad.
"I'm in Spain right now playing a festival with OVERKILL and CRADLE OF FILTH and looking forward to killing this crowd tonight. I just spent two days on the beach in Spain and I feel completely rejuvenated.

Been at Vigo last saturday, and I must say Exodus put on the BEST gig of the whole festival, man!
I'm looking forward to see you guys in a show of your own in northern Portugal soon, ok? I don't know what went wrong with the one in Carcavelos last Friday, but don't you think Portugal's bad all over. Much of the crazy crowd you saw at Vigo was portuguese, so... :-)

pal...let me tell you I 've been an Exodus fan since the mighty "Bonden by Blood"...i'm getting closer to 40s...and when I listen the new stuff...wow...it's like a trip to past.
You guys are simply amazing your work is just superb...
By the way...Gary Holt...respect...that's what I feel for you....after so many years you keep the flame alive...
